'Taste of Africa’!
- Succulent Lamb Casserole with braised onions, fresh rosemary & garlic
- Traditional Chicken Curry and pap
- Hearty Samp & Beans, a vegetarian selection with sugar beans & mealie maize
Team Building Around the Braai
This is a great group activity and can be organised for lunch or dinner.
Your group has a choice of traditional Xhosa dishes cooked around an open fire in ‘potigies’ (three-legged cast iron cooking kettles)- - Skaapkop – salted sheep head
- Umleqwa – boiled farm chicken
- Ulusie – Tripe spiced with Eziko selected herbs
All of the above are served with stiff pap and Eziko traditional steamed bread
Available on special request-
- Spit Braai gently roasted whole pig or lamb served with a selection of fresh made salads & warm garlic bread
